AI email marketing for Shopify stores
The email tool writes retention that reads like you: welcome, abandonment and winback flows plus campaigns, generated from what customers actually did in your store.
What the AI email tool actually does
It turns lifecycle email from a writing project into a review task. Instead of opening a blank editor, you pick the job you want done (welcome new subscribers, recover abandoned carts, win back lapsed buyers) and the tool generates the complete sequence: every email, the timing between them, and the trigger that starts it.
The output is not template filler. Each email is written from your brand profile and your real catalogue, so product references, tone and offers match what a customer would recognise from your store.
How the Email Studio builds your flows, step by step
You start in the Email Studio with one setup: the flows you want, the languages you sell in, your offers and your brand. The complete package covers the moments that drive repeat revenue: Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Review Request, Back in Stock and Win-Back, each with its trigger and the waits between its emails.
Zyberon then writes every email of every flow in every language you chose, on approved templates in your brand's colours, with your own products and photos in them. Next to the flows it plans your campaigns on a calendar and prepares Shopify's own service emails, such as the order confirmation, in the same design.
You see each email exactly as your customer will, change anything that needs your judgement, and approve what you reviewed. Then you press Put live and Zyberon puts the flows live in Klaviyo for you, through the connection you set up once in the Settings tab. Want to look in Klaviyo first? Save them there as drafts instead. The Analytics tab shows how each flow performs after that.
Why the emails sound like your brand and not a template
Every generation reads the AI Brain's brand profile first: your voice, your positioning, your products and how you talk about them. That profile is defined once and applied to every email, which is why a winback message from your store reads differently from a winback message from anyone else's.
The sequences are also grounded in behaviour rather than guesswork. An abandonment email references the actual cart; a post-purchase email knows what was bought. The result is retention email that reads as written for the recipient, because in the ways that matter, it was.
A workflow a merchant would recognise
Say you are starting from nothing. You run the setup once, choose the complete package and the two languages you sell in, and Zyberon writes the whole package while you do something else, every email on a finished template in your colours and your voice.
You read the emails the way your customer will, soften one subject line, adjust an offer and put the package live. From then on Klaviyo sends every flow on its trigger, and next week you open Analytics to see which flows earn their place. Total hands-on time is a review session, not a writing week.
How it hands off to the rest of Zyberon
Email is one half of the retention engine. The AI Bundle Builder is the other: when a flow brings a customer back to your store, a published bundle offer is what raises the value of the order they place. The two share the same brand profile, so the promise in the email and the offer on the page speak with one voice.
The AI Brain feeds both and learns from both. Update your brand profile once and every future email inherits the change; ask the Brain a question about your customers and its answer draws on the same store knowledge your flows are built from.
Questions merchants ask
How is this different from a normal email marketing platform?
A platform gives you infrastructure and empty templates; the strategy and the writing are still your job. Zyberon does that job: it generates complete sequences from your store's own data and voice, then hands delivery to Klaviyo. You review and approve instead of drafting from zero.
Do I need Klaviyo for this to work?
Yes, sending runs through a Klaviyo connection you set up in the Settings tab. Your list, deliverability and sending history stay in Klaviyo; Zyberon supplies the flows and the copy.
Can I edit the emails before they go out?
Always. Every email is written for your review first, and nothing sends until you put it live. Edit any email, change an offer, or untick a flow you do not want yet.
Which flows can it build?
The complete package covers welcome, cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase, review requests, back in stock and winback, and you put live all of it or only the flows you tick. Next to the flows, the studio plans your campaigns on a calendar and prepares Shopify's own service emails in the same design.
Is email marketing included in the Zyberon plan?
Yes. One subscription covers the whole platform, including email marketing, so there is no separate tier or add-on to unlock it.
