Organic social for ecommerce: a calendar that sells

How does an AI social media scheduler actually work?

You connect your Facebook Page and Instagram account once, through the same Meta connection the rest of Zyberon already uses. From that point the scheduler follows one visible flow: connect, plan and generate, review the queue, watch the calendar, see what published. Every step in that flow shows its real state on the overview page, so you always know how many posts are drafted, how many are waiting for your review, and how many are live.

The content itself starts from your products. Paste a product URL and Zyberon pulls the title, description and images straight from the page, then writes the caption and creates the visual around that specific product. A post is never a caption floating in space: it is tied to something in your store it can actually sell.

Once a post exists it carries a schedule time and a status you can see at a glance: draft, scheduled, processing, published, or failed. Nothing hides in a queue you cannot inspect.

What does it replace for a Shopify merchant?

Most stores run social with some combination of a scheduling app, a design tool, a caption written in a rush on Sunday night, and a spreadsheet nobody updates. The Zyberon scheduler collapses that into one place: the idea, the image, the caption, the timing and the publishing all happen in the same tool, against the same product catalogue.

It also replaces the blank page. The hardest part of social for a merchant is not posting, it is deciding what this Tuesday's post should even be. Zyberon plans the content for you, spreads it across the days you choose, and mixes content types such as product highlights so the calendar does not read as the same promotion on repeat.

What it does not replace is you. The posts are yours to edit, reschedule, approve or delete before they go anywhere near your audience.

One post, a week of content, or a full month

The Schedule tab has three modes, and they are the same engine at three different sizes. Single post is the classic composer: one product URL, one caption, one image, one time slot. It is the right tool when a launch or a restock deserves its own moment.

Content plan builds a multi-day run in one pass. You give it product URLs and a number of days, it previews the products it found, then generates a post per day with varied content types and schedules each one. You watch the plan move from pending to processing to completed, and the finished posts land on your calendar.

Full month goes furthest: one click plans and generates an entire month of posts as a background batch, with a progress bar that shows how many posts have been created out of how many were planned. You start it, do something else, and come back to a filled calendar waiting for review.

Why the posts sound like your brand and not like AI

Every caption is written against your brand profile. The scheduler reads your tone of voice setting, your default language (seeded from your brand identity so you never have to set it twice), and your default platform, and it writes in that voice every time. Change the tone once in Settings and every future post follows.

Visuals follow the same logic. Images are generated from your actual product photos, and you can steer the look with a default background prompt or go further with style references: upload screenshots of a feed whose visual style you want, Zyberon reads the style into an editable profile, and you review and adjust that profile before a single image is generated in it.

You choose the image source per post: let the AI generate one, use your own product images, or supply image URLs directly. AI image generation draws on your plan's shared image quota, and the composer shows you where that quota stands before you spend it.

You approve everything before it goes live

Nothing publishes without a decision from you. In draft mode every generated post waits in the review queue until you approve it; the overview page shows exactly how many posts are waiting and the calendar is where you clear them. Prefer more automation? Switch the default post mode to auto in Settings and posts schedule themselves, while still remaining fully editable up to their publish time.

The Calendar tab is the control room. Click any post to read the caption, edit it, regenerate the image, move it to a different date and time, approve it, or delete it. A failed publish is flagged in red on the day it happened, with the reason, so a silent gap in your feed cannot go unnoticed.

This is the approval model across all of Zyberon: the platform does the work, you make the calls, and nothing irreversible happens on its own.

Who the scheduler is for, and how it fits the rest of Zyberon

It is built for the merchant who knows they should be posting consistently and is not, because every post costs an evening. If you run a Shopify store, sell real products, and want Facebook and Instagram to stay active without hiring for it, this is the tool doing that job.

It also feeds the rest of the platform. The same brand profile that shapes your captions shapes your product pages and your ad copy elsewhere in Zyberon, so a visitor who arrives from an Instagram post lands on a store that sounds like the post that brought them there. One subscription, one brand voice, every channel.

Turn on the best sellers option and the scheduler leans on the products already proving themselves in your store, so your organic feed quietly promotes what your paid channels have already validated.

Questions merchants ask

How is this different from a generic social media scheduling tool?

A generic scheduler is a calendar with an empty text box: you still have to invent the post, design the image, and write the caption. Zyberon starts from your product catalogue, writes the caption in your saved tone of voice and language, generates the visual from your actual product photos, and schedules it. The scheduling is the last step, not the product.

Will the posts publish without my approval?

Only if you tell them to. The default draft mode holds every generated post in a review queue until you approve it from the calendar. If you want a hands-off feed you can switch the post mode to auto, and even then every post stays editable and reschedulable right up to its publish time.

Which platforms does it publish to?

Facebook Pages and Instagram, together or individually, through one Meta connection. You set a default platform in Settings and can override it per post or per plan.

Can it match a visual style I already like?

Yes. Upload screenshots of a feed whose look you want as a style reference. Zyberon reads the style into a profile you can review and edit, and only then generates images in that style. You can also set a default background prompt for a lighter touch.

Is the scheduler included in the Zyberon plan?

Yes. One Zyberon subscription covers the whole platform, the social media scheduler included. There is no separate scheduling add-on and no per-post fee; AI image generation draws on the image quota that comes with your plan.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

It is marked as failed on your calendar, in red, on the day it was meant to go out, with the failure shown on the post itself. You can fix the issue, edit the post if needed, and reschedule it. A failed post never disappears silently.
