Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understanding our trial terms and subscription policies

At Zyberon.ai, we strive to provide all our customers with premium automation tools for their e-commerce business. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Free Trial

  • Zyberon offers a 3-day free trial, which requires a valid credit card at the time of sign-up.
  • During the trial period, you have full access to the platform.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time within the trial period directly from the Zyberon Dashboard.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be applied to your credit card.

2. Paid Subscription

  • At the end of the 3-day trial, unless cancelled, your chosen subscription plan will automatically convert into a paid monthly subscription, and the subscription fee will be charged to your credit card.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable. By continuing after the trial, you agree to this no-refund policy.

3. No Refunds After Purchase

Once a paid subscription has started, refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

  • Partial month usage or unused time on your subscription
  • Accidental purchases or forgetting to cancel before trial expiry
  • Dissatisfaction with features, as full access is already granted during the trial

4. Cancellation of Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Zyberon Dashboard.
  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
  • You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

5. Exceptions

  • The only exceptions to this refund policy are cases where a billing error has occurred on Zyberon's side.
  • In such cases, please contact support within 7 days of the erroneous charge for resolution.
